Environmental Test Chamber with full humidity and temperature control to enable full cyclic environmental testing.
Salt Spray Chamber enables replication of extreme saline conditions in an accelerated environment to give fast results.
Laboratory Oven to complete heat ageing and tolerance testing.
Laboratory Freezer to complete extreme cold tolerance testing of substrates.
Taber Abrasion Tester enables material to be put through controlled testing to establish suitability for purpose and life expectancy. Sun Tester gives the ability to test the light fastness of substrates and printed products.
Force Gauges are utilised in assessing the bond strengths of adhesive substrates and assemblies.
Light Tester enables colour to be measured and defined accurately. It also enables colour variation to be tracked and controlled. Fluid testing
The laboratory is also equipped to monitor and control the chemicals used in manufacturing our aluminium and stainless steel products.
